Livaya processes personal and health data in line with UK GDPR. Your clinical record is encrypted at rest and in transit and accessible only to your assigned care team and the dispensing pharmacy.

We never sell health data. We retain records for the period required by clinical and regulatory guidance. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via care@livaya.health.
